Shipping
We now offer free shipping in the continental US on orders over $30.
We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12pm MST will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships, so you can follow your order to your doorstep.
Please note: Due to the shipping partners experiencing a huge amount of traffic and delays, please allow for an extra 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, life happens. Unforeseen delivery delays are out of our control.
Refund
While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. Products returned must be ordered directly from reroutebeauty.com You may return or exchange a product within 14 days after you receive the order. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ReRoute Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund minus any original shipping and handling fee as soon as possible on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to credit your account.
