Where can ReRoute products be purchased?

Currently, you can shop our products via our online store.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12pm MST will be shipped the same day.

How do I know my order was shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we do.

What are the international charges?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include duties and fees in the orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes?

Yes. The orders will be shipped by USPS.

Can I pay by check or by phone?

We only accept major credit cards at this time via our online store.

How are taxes calculated?

As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination.

Is it normal for products to change color?

Yes, products with natural stabilizers and preservatives can change color - it is absolutely normal :)

Is it normal for products to separate?

Yes, with no artificial binding agents in our products, it is completely normal for there to be a slight separation due to changes in temperature, and does not affect the efficacy of the product.
